Republic Companies - » Give Warmth Furnace Giveaway

In celebration of its 100th year in business, Republic partnered with YORK, Luxaire, local dealers, and the Salvation Army to “Give Warmth” during the winter of 2016/2017. Republic gave back to the community by donating high efficiency YORK and Luxaire furnaces to homeowners in need in central Illinois, eastern Iowa and southern Wisconsin. The Salvation Army-Heartland District and local dealers were able to identify and screen candidates that could benefit from Republic’s “Give Warmth” program. Local dealers graciously donated the installations.

In recent years, Republic’s Give Warmth effort was centered on collecting gently used coats, having them professionally cleaned and working with local agencies to provide them to people in need.

To honor Republic’s 100th year in business, the company was able to make an even more meaningful contribution to the community. Mark Kilmer, Republic’s current President and grandson-in-law of the company founder said, “Republic’s culture has always included giving back to the communities we serve. As we celebrate our 100th anniversary with our valued dealer network, we want to do something even more impactful.”
